Job Description As a Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering waste management projects from concept through to completion while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Preparing waste management strategies and technical reports for a range of development projects Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting budgets and deadlines Assessing development proposals against relevant waste management standards and guidelines Providing practical and commercially viable waste solutions for residential, mixed-use and commercial developments Liaising with clients, architects, planners, developers and approval authorities Preparing scopes of work and fee proposals Reviewing reports and providing technical guidance to junior consultants Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
